What it is
A stall on both trucks at the lip of a ramp — essentially a stationary 50-50. The first lip trick every ramp skater learns.

Axle Stall
How it works
- Ride up the transition and stall with both trucks on the coping, weight balanced over the lip.
- Use it to pause, regain composure, or set up the drop back in.
- Rock slightly forward to re-enter the ramp.
