What it is
A grab trick done on flat ground: one foot grabs the board while the other plants on the ground to lift off, then both feet return to land.

How it works
- The rider grabs the board with one hand, steps the opposite foot onto the ground and pushes off it to get airborne.
- While in the air the planted foot swings back onto the board.
- Releasing the grab just before landing keeps the board level under the feet.
