What it is
A freestyle-rooted trick where the front foot plants on the ground and the back foot pops the board up into the air, then both feet land back on it.

How it works
- Rolling with the back foot on the tail, the rider steps the front foot onto the ground and pushes down on the tail to launch the board.
- The planted leg drives the body upward while the back knee guides the rising board.
- The front foot returns to the board mid-air for the landing.
