One-Handed Handstand
How it works
- The rider kicks into a handstand as usual, then shifts all weight onto one hand while the other hand steadies or holds the board.
- Core tension keeps the body straight.
- The free hand grabs the board to stabilize it before the rider drops back to both hands and steps down.
