Underplant
Also called poliki
What it is
Like a layback air, but the board is grabbed on the outer rail rather than the inner one — basically a lien invert.

Underplant
How it works
- Plant the hand frontside and grab the board's outer rail, laying back into the invert.
- The outer-rail grab changes the leverage completely; hold the layback, then release and re-enter.
