A slide performed on the ground by leaning the board sideways: the classic layback powerslide named after the slalom racers who pioneered it.

Bertlemann Slide
How it works
- At speed, crouch low, place one hand on the ground behind you, and push the board out sideways with your feet so all four wheels break traction.
- The hand on the ground controls the slide; lift it and re-center your weight to hook back up and roll away.
