A freestyle balance trick: the rider balances upside down on the head and hands with the board held at the feet.

Headstand
How it works
- The rider crouches, places the crown of the head and both hands on the ground in a tripod, and kicks the legs up with the board held against the feet.
- Weight is shared between head and hands.
- The rider lowers the legs to step back onto the board.
